The Cameo Broach is a combination Locket, Pendant and Brooch set entirely in 18kt Yellow Gold. A Hand-Carved Torré-del-Greco Shell Cameo is the center element in this piece surrounded by small pavé Pink, Blue and Yellow Sapphires as well as Tsavorite Garnets, Paraiba Tourmalines, Spessartite Garnets and Diamonds. The backside to this piece has a hidden bail and locking doors that reveal three fully hand-engraved collapsible picture frames for your loved ones.
